Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined eligibility criteria.
4. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and processes clearly.
5. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
6. Schedule callbacks and coordinate with the sales or operations team when required.
7. Accurately update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
8. Meet daily call targets, lead conversion targets, and productivity KPIs.
9. Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions.
